Matt Podolnick began practicing in Florida in 2014 after spending eight years as a medical malpractice attorney in New York City. After earning a Zoology degree from the University of Florida in 2000, Podolnick earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
A deeply experienced attorney, Podolnick spent 20 years representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice defense cases. Podolnick has successfully argued cases on the state and federal levels, helping him earn a prestigious Band 1 ranking from Chambers and Partners. Podolnick has earned recognition each year since 2021.
While he enjoyed easing doctors’ anxiety and allowing them to focus on their patients, Podolnick says representing victims brings him renewed pride.
“I’m excited to be on this side and to be helping people out. It’s more fulfilling,” Podolnick said. “You really have an opportunity to change someone’s life.”
